CROSS and Google Summer of Code

gsoc-thumb.pngGoogle Summer of Code is a global program focused on bringing more student developers into open source software development. Students work on a three month programming project with an open source organization during their break from university.

In February 2019, for a second year in a row, CROSS was selected as a mentor organization for the Google Summer of Code. In 2018, CROSS mentored two successful GSoC Project. CROSS's mentors worked with numerous students as they created proposals that supported various CROSS projects. The following four proposals were selected for the 2019 program:
